Studio Apart is a ceramics studio that conducts pottery workshops and creates handcrafted ceramic pieces. It is run by Apoorva, a ceramic artist, instructor, and workshop facilitator.
As Studio Apart started growing and more people began discovering the studio, there was a clear need for a functional website. The idea was to create a central space where visitors could easily find information about workshops, products, and the studio itself.
The Challenge
When Apoorva came to us, she already had a website. However, it was not functional and did not have dedicated pages explaining workshops, bookings, or products.
Because of this, most enquiries came through Instagram DMs. Apoorva had to spend a lot of time responding to individual messages about workshop details, pricing, product availability, and bookings. This took away time from what she actually wanted to focus on. Teaching workshops and creating ceramic pieces.
There was also another challenge. Many potential customers would lose interest when responses were delayed.
“Customers have a short attention span. If they don’t quickly find what they are looking for, they will go somewhere else.” — content pickle
So the goal was simple. Create a functional website where customers can easily find the information they need. All details about workshops, products, and the brand should be available in one place.
I’ve been working with Satya from Content Pickle for a while now for all my pottery content both for my social media page and website. She’s definitely someone who takes content seriously.
If something isn’t delivered on time, she might let it go once… but the next time, she’ll make sure to ask, “Why, Apoorva, why?” 😄 And honestly, that accountability has only helped me stay consistent.
What we Built
Our aim was to build a website that is simple, clean, and practical. A place where visitors can quickly understand what Studio Apart offers without having to ask multiple questions.
- A dedicated website where visitors can explore workshop and course details
- A shop section to showcase and sell Studio Apart’s in-house ceramic creations
- A visually aligned design that reflects the studio’s calm and craft-focused aesthetic
- Google My Business setup to improve local discoverability
- Payment gateway integration and backend setup so customers can easily purchase products online
The Result
Apoorva now spends far less time answering the same questions about product availability, pricing, or workshop details. Most visitors are able to find this information directly on the website, which means conversations start with more context and intent.
Earlier, most DMs Apoorva received were simply “pp?” — asking for the price of a product.
Today, people usually visit the website first, understand the studio and its offerings, and then reach out. The conversations have naturally become more thoughtful and engaging.
What I truly appreciate is the patience and effort she brings into every shoot. There’s so much time, thought, and care that goes into creating each piece of content. It’s never rushed—it’s always intentional.
Because of that, the content doesn’t just look good—it actually reaches the right audience and brings in meaningful results.
Grateful to be working with someone who values the process as much as the outcome.
The website makes it easier for people to discover the studio, learn about upcoming workshops, and engage with the brand in a more structured way. It has become a simple but important foundation for the studio’s growing community.
